Support Home Program

YWCA Edmonton provides customized long-term residential supports through the Support Home Program. Clients are carefully matched with families/individuals in the community who can support the person’s chosen goals and lifestyle. Community Visions Coordinators provide monitoring and resources to the Support Home setting.
