The YWCA Counselling Centre offers a supportive environment in which to explore thoughts and feelings, and to address emotional, intellectual, spiritual and social needs.

Affordability

Services are affordable and provided by trained professionals.
With United Way support, subsidized counseling is available. Children’s groups are made available free of charge due to the support of FCSS.

Appointments:

You do not need a referral to make an appointment.
Counselling hours are:

Monday and Fridays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
