Imagine That: A BIPOC Youth Guide to Navigating Teenage Identity is a free, virtual, national conference that will take place Friday, August 13th to Saturday, August 14th 2021. After spending over 20 years in the FinTech industry, Karlyn knows first-hand the effects of racial gaslighting and the impact of colonized mindset in the workplace, and she has dedicated her life to providing inclusion and belonging solutions to combat sub-standard programming that fails to address the psychological and economic needs of Black, Indigenous, people of colour in the workplace.
